What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship orders via the Portuguese Post Office CTT Priority with tracking information.

  • Portuguese customers recieve orders in 1-2 days
  • European customers recieve orders in 3-14 days
  • Worlwide delivery can take up to 6 weeks until delivered

Orders may be delayed by local customs and local import duties.

WaWomb is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

What methods of payment are accepted?

At the moment we only offer PayPal.

You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase on our site.

Simply login to PayPal and provide your credit card and email address. PayPal takes care of these transactions in a safe environment and guarantees the confidentiality of the data introduced.

PayPal also has the advantage of giving you buyer’s protection in case of a dispute.

We are planning to introduce other payment methods in the near future.

How is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
