Made to order vs. Pre-made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take 2 weeks to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order as well as every computerscreen differs in color calibration.
• Hooks, knobs and mobiles come with installation hardware for standard width of furniture and brick/cement walls/ceilings.
• Prints come without frame
• All products made of ply can be wiped with a damp cloth. Do not use any harsh cleaning products that might damage the surface
• Cushions are made of wool felt which has a natural repellent. Only spot cleaning is advised
• The products are no toys! They are for decoration only! Mobiles should be hung out of the reach of small children, as they contain small and fragile parts.

• You can choose the colors and color combination from the color chart within the product listing

We ship all products through CTT priority (correio azul with tracking information).

Have in mind that international shipping time varies, depending on the distance and country the item is shipped to, specially during holiday season.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from
you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
